Bianca Mayes-Davis Mph, Ches

Bianca Mayes-Davis, MPH, CHES has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations.

Bianca currently serves as the Director of Health Equity at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where they lead the strategic direction of health equity in the national office. Their responsibilities include providing technical expertise, project management, and leadership in the development and implementation of health equity plans.

Prior to their current role, Bianca was the Associate Director of Health Equity at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, starting in 2020 and continuing until March 2022.

Bianca also served as an Adjunct Professor at Monmouth University in 2019, contributing to the education and development of students.

From 2017 to 2020, Bianca worked as the Health & Wellness Coordinator at Garden State Equality, where they played a vital role in promoting health and wellness initiatives.

At Atlantic Health System, Bianca gained experience as a Research Associate, Health Educator, and Intern in various roles between 2015 and 2017.

Bianca also had an internship as a Digital Education Specialist at Planned Parenthood Federation of America in 2017.

Bianca worked as a Health Promotion Supervisor at Montclair State University from 2016 to 2017, contributing to health promotion efforts on campus.

Prior to that, they served as an Administrative Assistant at Morristown Memorial Hospital from 2014 to 2016.

Bianca also gained experience through an internship at Atlantic Health in 2015 and served as a Resident Assistant at William Paterson University from 2011 to 2014.

Bianca Mayes-Davis, MPH, CHES has a strong educational background in health education and public health. Bianca completed their Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree in Community Education at Montclair State University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to their master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Applied Health from William Paterson University of New Jersey, where they studied from 2010 to 2015.

In addition to their degrees, Bianca has also acquired additional certifications to further enhance their expertise. Bianca obtained the certification of "Leading Strategically" from LinkedIn in April 2023. Furthermore, in March 2018, they obtained the prestigious Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.
