Ericka McKay

Ericka McKay, PHR, currently serves as the Senior Director of People Culture & Equity Business Partners at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, having previously held the position of Director of HRBP. With extensive experience in human resources, Ericka has worked at Nomad Health as the Director of People Partners and served as Vice President of Human Resources at Quorum Federal Credit Union, where significant responsibilities included talent acquisition and career development. Previous roles include leading human resources initiatives at Valerie Wilson Travel and managing HR functions as the first US HR employee at Exposure. Ericka's educational background includes a BA in Social Science from Hofstra University and a Certificate in Professional Human Resource Management from Pace University.
