Naomi Freundlich

Naomi Freundlich has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Naomi most recently worked as a Senior Grant Writer at Planned Parenthood Federation of America starting in February 2020. Before that, from October 2019 to February 2020, they served as the Director of Communications at Ramapo for Children. Prior to that, they held the position of Institutional Engagement Manager at Ramapo for Children from January 2017 to October 2019.

From December 2011 to February 2020, Naomi worked as a Writer/Editor for a freelance communications professional, and during the same period, they also served as an Editor at ReformingHealth.org. From April 2009 to November 2011, Naomi held the role of Health Program Associate at The Century Foundation, where they focused on health policy, including the Affordable Care Act, expansion of care, health disparities, and structural changes required for universal coverage.

Before their time at The Century Foundation, Naomi worked as a Freelance Journalist at N. Freundlich Communications from April 1997 to January 2007. Their earlier experience includes working as a Science and Medical Editor at Business Week from an unspecified start date in 1989 to 1997.

Naomi Freundlich holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology from Middlebury College. Naomi then pursued a Master's degree in Health Advocacy Program from Sarah Lawrence College, completing it in December 2009. Additionally, they have a Master's degree in Science and Environmental Reporting Program, which they earned from New York University.
