Russ Alderson

Russ Alderson is an experienced project and technical manager with a demonstrated history in leading software development teams and managing IT projects across various industries. Currently serving as Associate Director and Technical Project Manager at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Russ utilizes Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance development processes. Previous roles include Project Manager at Bisnow, where Russ spearheaded Agile adoption and managed a team of 20 developers, and at Agio, where Russ led IT projects specializing in network installations.
