Shambricia Spencer

Shambricia Spencer started their career at Target in 1998 and eventually became a Team Lead before transitioning to Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest and the Hawaiian Islands in 2004. There, Shambricia worked as the Capacity Building Manager, focusing on developing training strategies and support for educators. In June 2019, Shambricia moved to Planned Parenthood Federation of America as the Director of Equity & Culture, leading the Mind Sciences on Difference training program to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies nationwide. Shambricia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound and an Associate of Arts degree from South Puget Sound Community College.
