Carla Singletary, PMP, currently serves as the System Engineering Lead at Planned Systems International since February 2020. With extensive experience in systems engineering, Carla has held key roles such as Development and Engineering Lead Systems Engineer at ARMA Global Corporation and Senior Software Systems Engineer at Odyssey Systems. Previous positions include Senior Systems Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton and TYBRIN Corporation, and Lead Platform/Systems Engineer at BAE Systems. Additionally, Carla's background encompasses quality control roles at Pfizer, AgaMatrix, Biogen, and The Dow Chemical Company. Carla holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Chemistry from American International College, along with certification in Six Sigma and a Masters Certificate in Software Systems Engineering.
