Chief Strategy Officer (cso) at Planned Systems International

Chiang Ren has a wealth of experience in various leadership positions. Chiang started their career at ANSER as a Senior Aerospace Engineer & Policy Analyst, where they were a member of the Air Force Battle Staff & Task Force. Chiang then moved on to Kepler Research Inc., where they co-founded the company and served as the Chief Technical Officer and Vice President. During their time at Kepler, they successfully presented innovative solutions to the federal government and contributed to the company's growth. Chiang then joined MedRed LLC as the Chief Technology Officer, leading the formulation of new product concepts in health informatics and playing a crucial role in teaming agreements for winning government contracts. Chiang'smost recent role was at Planned Systems International, where they served as the Chief Solutions Architect and later the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In these positions, they provided strategic guidance to the CEO, led teams responsible for business capture and proposal operations, and played a key role in sustaining and growing the company's annual revenue.

Chiang Ren holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.) Magna Cum Laude in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics from the University of Pennsylvania. Chiang furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree (S.M.) in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Additionally, Chiang Ren attained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Systems Analysis from the University of Bolton in 2012. In terms of certifications, they earned a Six Sigma Black Belt from the Aveta Business Institute in September 2011.
