Eric Skiff

Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Security Officer at Planned Systems International

Eric Skiff has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Eric started their career at IBM as a COOP in 1986. Eric then worked as a Network Engineer at Federal Information Technologies (FIT) from 1990 to 1991 and at Cincinnati Bell from 1991 to 1994. From 1994 to 1995, Eric served as the Vice President at DanaSoft, where they developed network management extensions. In 1996, they joined KINEX INC. as the Vice President, Network/System Administrator, and IA Manager, specializing in providing IT services to the Department of Defense (DoD). Eric worked at KINEX INC. for over 20 years until 2019. During their time there, they were responsible for various aspects of C&A, including DIACAP implementation and risk assessments. In 2019, Eric joined Planned Systems International as the President of the National Security Sector, overseeing program execution and business development for projects related to the DoD, DHS, and IC. Eric managed a portfolio of over 30 projects valued at $60M. In 2021, Eric became the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Planned Systems International, responsible for technology presentations, solutions development, and governance, risk, and compliance. Eric is a subject matter expert in various technologies relevant to PSI's core competencies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps.

Eric Skiff attended Virginia Tech from 1985 to 1990 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In terms of certifications, they obtained the following:
