Jeff J. Tlapa

Jeff J. Tlapa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, strategy, and military operations. Currently serving as a Program and Operations Manager at Planned Systems International since June 2021, Tlapa previously held roles as a Strategist and Thought Leader while being self-employed since October 2016, and as a Program & Capture Manager at II Corps Consultants, Inc. from May 2017 to May 2021. Tlapa served as a Marine Officer in the US Marine Corps from May 1993 to January 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mapping, Charting & Geodesy and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from Benedictine College, and multiple military leadership training programs.
