Steven Umbaugh

Steven Umbaugh has extensive experience in business development and program management within the Department of Defense sector. As a Regional Manager for DoD Programs at Planned Systems International since November 2009, Steven oversees business development, marketing, and site activation in proximity to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, engaging with various Air Force agencies. Prior experience includes serving as Director at AOC from 2004 to 2011 and as Vice President of Business Development and Capture at NCI Information Systems, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed corporate-level strategies for a rapidly growing information technology and professional services firm. Steven holds a Master of Education degree from the College of Idaho.
