Valentina K.

Valentina K. has extensive experience in customer support and service roles. In 2015, they started their career as a Customer Support Specialist at Amber Pro, where they worked until February 2016. In February 2016, they were promoted to the role of Head of Customer Service at Amber Pro, where they stayed until November 2017. From November 2017 to May 2020, Valentina worked as the Head of Customer Service at DSX Technologies. Since August 2020, they have been working as the Customer Support Team Lead at Planner 5D.
