Caitlin French has worked for several companies in various roles. From 2022 to present, they have been a Content Editor for Planning Center. From 2021 to present, they have been a Senior Technical Writer and Technical Writer for Built Technologies. From 2017 to present, they have been a Technical Writer/Business Process Analyst for Citizens. From 2017 to present, they have been a Business Office Representative for River Valley Behavior Health. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Bookstore Assistant and Evening/Weekend Library Supervisor for Brescia University. From 2016 to present, they have been a Circulation Clerk for Daviess County Public Library.

Caitlin French completed their Bachelor's degree in Professional and Technical Writing from Brescia University from 2012 to 2016.
