Karen Goldsmith

Karen Goldsmith serves as the National General Manager at the Planning Institute of Australia since September 2018, where Karen oversees strategy, stakeholder relations, operations, events, and leadership initiatives, supporting the planning profession in creating better communities. Prior to this role, Karen was the General Manager at Visual Connections Australia Limited from July 2015 to September 2018, managing strategy and operations for the leading non-profit supplier association in the print, graphics, and signage industries. Additionally, from June 2004 to July 2015, Karen held the position of Executive Director at the Graphic Arts Merchants Association of Australia, driving strategy and stakeholder engagement for the premier commercial print suppliers' association. Karen holds a Master of Business Leadership from Charles Sturt University, completed between 2010 and 2015.
