Prior to this role, Alisha worked as a Business Performance Advisor at Insperity from October 2019 to May 2021, focusing on customized solutions to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Additionally, Alisha co-founded and held the COO position at MySupps from January 2017 to December 2018, where the company established a significant presence in the e-commerce nutraceutical market. Earlier, Alisha co-founded Squeezology Corp, a food-technology startup that expanded from a single farmers market to over 300 retail clients from January 2014 to June 2017, facilitating access for small businesses in the ready-to-drink beverage industry.
