Abel Ganz is a Co-Founder and CEO of Planny, a company dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare workforce scheduling through an innovative auto-scheduling platform. Under Abel's leadership since May 2021, Planny has developed flexible and fair scheduling solutions for premier Swiss hospitals. Prior to this, Abel co-founded Giotto.ai, where responsibilities included creating a marketing roadmap and managing sales. Abel's experience also spans roles as an Analyst at Acuris Global, where financial analysis and research tools were developed, as well as internships at Winterflood Securities and Vietnam Holding Asset Management Ltd. Abel holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Bayes Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics from HEC Lausanne.

Planny's cross-functional team has a strong expertise in automation and Artificial Intelligence, reinforced by an Innosuisse-financed partnership with EPFL and University Basel. Planny works with paying enterprise clients in the healthcare and Police sectors in Europe and beyond.
