Irene Regaspi

Irene Regaspi currently serves as a High School English Teacher at Plano ISD since January 2023 and has been a Training and Development Manager at 1320 Management Consulting since June 2019, focusing on creating documentation to support food service business owners. Previously, Irene held various roles including Operations Support Manager at Boston Market, House Secretary at McKinney Boyd High School, and Director of Franchise Operations at Bambu Franchising, where responsibilities included providing franchisees with essential tools and overseeing quality standards. Irene's extensive experience in operations and training management also includes serving as a Payroll & HR Specialist for Solai & Cameron Technologies/Fujitsu America Inc., and as Operations & Training Manager at Boston Market. Irene began their career as a General Manager at Hot Cakes Breakfast & Lunch and as a Dietician's Assistant at Rose Medical Center. Irene obtained a Bachelor of Science in General Studies and a Public, Technical, and Workplace Writing Certificate from the University of West Florida, along with an A.S. Degree in Dietetic Technology from Pensacola Junior College.
