Kanza Jafri

Kanza Jafri is an experienced educator and leader in the realms of speech and debate, currently serving as a Teacher at Plano ISD since July 2024, where Kanza coaches a Speech and Debate team of 90 students to enhance their public speaking and critical thinking skills. In addition to this role, Kanza has been an Instructor at the Harvard Summer Debate Council Workshop since June 2019, contributing to the development of students' research and argumentation skills. Kanza's diverse experience includes roles as a Substitute Teacher in multiple school districts, a Legal Assistant at Daspit Law Firm, and a Program Assistant at Florida International University, alongside previous positions in community development and event hosting. Kanza holds an MBA in International Real Estate from Florida International University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Consumer Experience Management and Communication Sciences and Disorders.
