Kishalan Ford

Kishalan Ford, LMSW, currently serves as a School Social Worker at Plano Independent School District since July 2022, after holding the same position at Garland Independent School District from August 2018 to August 2022. Prior to these roles, Kishalan worked as a Medical Social Worker at Baylor Scott & White Health during the summer of 2018 and as a School Social Worker at Fort Worth ISD from August 2017 to August 2018. Kishalan began the social work career as a CPS Investigator Specialist II with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services from September 2016 to November 2017. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Human Resource Analyst at IBM from May 2012 to May 2016 and various positions in medical office administration, including Medical Receptionist and Medical Biller. Kishalan earned a Master of Social Work from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Social Work from Texas Woman's University.
