Todd Tilk

Todd Tilk is an experienced professional with expertise in compliance and education. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for Plano ISD since September 2023, Todd previously held the position of Ethics & Compliance Manager at Aston Carter, where support was provided to KPMG in policy development. Todd's extensive career at Toyota North America spanned over three decades, culminating as Sr Manager of Compliance, focusing on compliance risk management, training, and program development. Additional roles included Manager of Compliance Risk Mitigation and various management positions in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), Purchasing, and Production Control. Todd holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and an MBA from California State University, Long Beach, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
