Hemant Soni is an experienced professional in the fields of energy and sustainability management, digital innovation, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Director of Energy & Sustainability (ESG) management solutions at Planon since May 2021, Hemant oversees product strategy, delivery, and revenue growth while integrating ESG-focused portfolio companies. Prior to this role, Hemant provided consultancy services to a Proptech startup in early 2021 and acted as the Digital Innovation Lead for JLL in the APAC region from January 2018 to February 2021, focusing on IoT and AI technologies for corporate real estate. As the CEO and Co-Founder of mPass from June 2015 to December 2017, Hemant led fundraising, team development, and business partnerships, resulting in significant company growth and international client engagement. Hemant holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
