Johan van Nimmen is an inspirational and dynamic leader currently serving as Senior Vice President for EMEA South and Senior Vice President of Group Business Strategy at Planon Software. With a robust background in driving sales and marketing initiatives, they previously held leadership roles at various organizations including NGA Human Resources and Unilever Belgium. Johan also manages Van Nimmen Management & Consulting and acts as a seed investor and mentor for multiple start-ups. They are passionate about guiding teams through challenging transitions and ensuring a focus on the human factor during significant organizational changes. Johannes holds a law degree from Ghent University.
