Andreas Oberthanner has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andreas currently holds the position of Head of HR Business Partners at Plansee since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant starting from July 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Head of Human Resources at ATP architects engineers, where they built and developed the international HR function for the company. Before that, they were the HR Manager for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland at AniCura from 2016 to 2018. Andreas also has experience in systemic coaching and counseling, as well as serving as a Continental HR/OD Director at SOS Children's Villages International from 2001 to 2015. Their earlier roles include positions at Zenco Trading Company and HMV Gmbh.
Andreas Oberthanner holds an MBA in Business Administration from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck. Andreas also pursued studies in Political Sciences at the same university. Additionally, Andreas completed the Systemic Coach program in Systemic Consulting & Coaching at thegreen-field---systemische-beratung-&-coaching. In 2012, they obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Governance as Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School. In 2020, Andreas became a Coach in PERMA Lead Positive Leadership through Ebner-Team. Andreas further expanded their skills by becoming a Lumina Learning Practitioner in Lumina Spark at Lumina Learning in 2021-2022. Looking ahead, Andreas Oberthanner has plans to attend INSEAD in 2023-2024 to pursue the General Management Programme.
