Monica Patel possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Head of North America HR and Global HR Business Partners at Invesco Ltd. Previously, Monica held the position of Senior Vice President, HR Relationship Manager in Investments & Product Management at OppenheimerFunds and has also been a Vice President, HR Relationship Manager for Marketing & Legal at the same company. Prior experience at Citi includes roles as Lead HR Generalist for Global Markets Technology and HR Generalist focused on Global Banking EMEA, among others. Monica holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Binghamton University.
