Sharon Hundley has worked in the financial sector for over 40 years. Sharon began their career in 1978 as a CPA and Senior Accountant in the Audit Area at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants. Sharon then moved to Justice, Inc. in 1983 as Assistant Controller for Investment Properties. In 1985, they took a role as Assistant Controller at First Citizens Bank & Trust of South Carolina. In 1989, they became an AVP - Funds Management & Profit Planning at South Carolina National Bank. In 1993, they moved to The Lexington State Bank as VP - Planning and Investments/ Pres. - Carolina Securities Corp., where they were responsible for the investment department and Carolina Securities, as well as the ALM function and strategic planning. In 1995, they joined First National Bank of West Point as CFO- Sr. VP/Branch Mgr. - Raymond James Financial Corp., where they were Chairman of ALCO and responsible for budgeting/forecasting/strategic planning and Director of Mortgage Corporation. In 1999, they moved to The First Bank of Brunswick as CFO - Sr. VP / Branch Manager - Raymond James Financial Services, where they supervised treasury and finance department, personnel department, data processing, account services and loan processing. Sharon monitored daily liquidity needs and obtained funding and set deposit rates. In 2001, they joined Plansmith Corporation as a Consultant/VP, where they implemented process to convert banking customers to interest rate risk /ALM/budgeting /forecasting /financial reporting software and assisted in product development and customer support as needed.

Sharon Hundley obtained their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Darla Moore School of Business between 1974 and 1978. Sharon is also a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the South Carolina Board of Accountancy.
