Kelly Sprekelmeyer

Kelly Sprekelmeyer's work experience includes a variety of roles in different industries. Kelly started their career at Villas of Grand Cypress as a Human Resources Assistant, where they processed applications and new hire paperwork and conducted orientations for new employees. Kelly then became a Resort Sales Manager, responsible for creating collateral and marketing strategies for secondary event outlets and coordinating with vendors for events.

Kelly then worked as a Payroll Administrator at Villas of Grand Cypress Orlando, processing payroll for over 400 employees and ensuring tax compliance. Kelly then moved on to Montana State Accounting as a Lead Warrant Writer, where they tracked and distributed workload among employees, conducted interviews for hiring, and discussed scheduling and disciplinary measures with the department bureau chief.

After that, Kelly served as a Financial Officer at Montana State AFL-CIO, where they maintained accurate financials and performed HR and payroll functions for the organization. Kelly implemented a performance evaluation process and conducted reviews with the Executive Secretary.

Kelly's next role was at PlanSource, where they held various positions. Kelly started as a Dedicated Service Representative, providing payroll and benefits support to clients. Kelly then became a Technical Services Consultant, troubleshooting complex technical issues and managing client projects. Later, they became a Customer Service Manager, managing HCM customer support teams and creating training programs. Kelly then served as Director of HCM Client Services, overseeing client services for HCM. Kelly'smost recent role at PlanSource is Director of Launch, where they manage activation/implementation functions and establishes scalable processes and procedures.

Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated skills in management, customer service, payroll administration, and implementation support.
