Steve Parkhouse

Steve Parkhouse has extensive work experience in the field of customer success and client services. Steve is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at PlanSource since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Client Services at bswift from November 2013 to October 2021. Steve also worked as the Vice President of Client Services at bswift from April 2013 to November 2013. Before joining bswift, Steve worked at Aon Hewitt where they served as the Director of Benefits Delivery from October 2011 to April 2013, Vice President of Operations from November 2010 to October 2011, and Service Delivery Manager from April 2009 to November 2010. Steve gained experience in national account sales at CIGNA Healthcare from September 2007 to April 2009. Steve's career began at Hewitt Associates as a Business Implementation Manager from July 1996 to September 2007.

Steve Parkhouse attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics.
