David Phillips is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, customer success, and operations across various industry-leading companies. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success, Support & Solution Engineering at SmartBear since September 2024, David also holds an executive membership with Pavilion, a community for high-growth operators. David has contributed to the development of future leaders as a Sales Coach and Mentor for the Entrepreneurial Sales Course at Harvard Business School from September 2021 to September 2024.
