Vikram Arumugam

Vikram Arumugam started their work experience in 2012 at Tata Consultancy Services. Vikram initially held positions as a Junior Software Developer and later as a Lead Software Developer. From December 2015 to February 2021, they worked as a Product Owner/Assistant Consultant for British Telecom Project, where they collaborated with various stakeholders to define features and technical user stories for broadband products. Vikram also facilitated agile processes such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint review. In 2021, Vikram joined PlanSource and has held roles as a Product Owner, Senior Product Owner, and is currently working as a Group Product Owner.

Vikram Arumugam completed an Executive Programme in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from SRM University between 2008 and 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Vikram has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they completed the certification in Emotional Intelligence: Cultivating Immensely Human Interactions from the University of Michigan. In the same year, they also became an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner through the Scrum Alliance.

In 2020, Vikram obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft, as well as the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Vikram also completed the Product Management First Steps certification from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy and became an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate through Amazon Web Services (AWS).

In 2019, Vikram achieved the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Lastly, in 2021, they completed the Influence without Authority certification from the Institute of Product Leadership.
