Kostadin Chaushev

Kostadin Chaushev, MBA, PMP, CSPO, has extensive experience in the banking and software development sectors, currently serving as a Product Owner at Raiffeisen Bank International AG since April 2010, focusing on collections system innovation. Previously, Kostadin held roles such as International Collections Manager and International Collections System Manager, where responsibilities included defining the vision for collections systems, supporting network banks in performance improvement, and overseeing implementation projects. Prior to Raiffeisen Bank International, Kostadin worked as an IT Project Manager at Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria and a Project Manager at Bulgarian Software House, leading various international projects and maintaining client relationships. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration from City University of Seattle and a Master's degree in Software Technologies from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski."
