Aman Sukhija, DVM has extensive experience in the veterinary field. In 2005, they purchased Atlantic Animal Hospital Ormond Beach and converted it from an outpatient wellness practice to a full service veterinary hospital. Aman updated facilities and technology and successfully gained AAHA accreditation for the first time in this practice's history. In 2009, they served as a trustee for the AAHA Helping Pets Fund to help set funds disbursement policies and selection of recipients. Aman also joined the American Animal Hospital Association in 2008, where they started as a director on the board and helped select a new CEO. In 2009, they became a board member for the CATalyst Council, representing AAHA and working alongside other representatives from AAFP, VCA and pharmaceutical companies. In 2010, they opened a second facility, Atlantic Animal Hospital Port Orange, and performed all roles including but not limited to hospital design, contracts procurement, and bank financing. In 2020, they joined National Veterinary Associates as a Joint Venture Operating Partner & Managing Veterinarian. Finally, in 2021, they founded PlanSplit, which helps service providers grow their business by increasing client compliance and loyalty.

Aman Sukhija, DVM completed their Doctor of Veterinary Medicine - DVM at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine from 1998 to 2000, with a field of study in Veterinary Medicine. Aman then completed a DVM at Purdue University from 2000 to 2001, with a field of study in Clinical Year. Prior to that, they completed a BGS at Indiana University Bloomington from 1995 to 1997, with a field of study in Math and Science.
