Mark Wheeldon

Mark Wheeldon has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Mark currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Mobito since October 2016. Before that, they worked as a Senior Developer at Plant Assessor from February 2014, where they rebuilt the product and transformed the user experience. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Solutions Developer at Solutek Pty Ltd from May 2011 to February 2014, where they were involved in developing a site reporting system for Rio Tinto mines. Mark also has experience as a Senior IT Systems Engineer at Primatec QDA from August 2004 to May 2011, where they developed bespoke software solutions for various industries. Mark began their career as a Software Engineer at Computer Systems Australia in 1999, working part-time while studying at the University of Newcastle.

Mark Wheeldon attended the University of Newcastle from 1999 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering. In 2009, they obtained a certification as an MCPD (Microsoft Certified Professional Developer) from Microsoft.
