The Operations Team at Plant Construction Company, LP is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities on project sites to ensure timely and efficient completion. Led by the Vice President/Director of Field Operations, the team includes a Field Safety Manager, who ensures compliance with safety regulations and protocols, and an Operations Assistant, who provides administrative support. Together, they work to maintain high standards of construction performance, adherence to schedule, and exceptional client service.
