Guy van Zwanenberg

Guy Van Zwanenberg is currently a Senior Independent Director at Plant Health Care. Prior to this, they were with SmartSpace Software Plc and Quixant Ltd.

Van Zwanenberg began their career as an accountant with Centric Software from January 1999 to December 2007. Guy then became the Finance Director of Milestone from February 2009 to July 2012. During their time with Milestone, the company completed its transformation into a digital media and business solutions provider. Guy was involved in helping to raise over £3m of new investment for the company and the acquisitions of Oil Productions, BGP, and On-Side.

In April 2000, Van Zwanenberg took on the role of Non Executive with Sceptre Leisure plc and held this position until June 2013. Guy then became a Non Executive Director with Powder Byrne International Limted from May 1996 to present day.

Lastly, Van Zwanenberg is also a Director for VZ Limited.

Guy Van Zwanenberg attended the Institute of Directors where they received a distinction for their chartered directors diploma. Guy also attended the Institute of Chartered Accounts and received their FCA in accountancy. Finally, they attended Shrewsbury School where they also received their FCA.
