Steven Adams is an experienced professional who has worked in various roles related to horticultural research and technology development. Currently, Steven holds the position of Global Research and Technology Manager at Croda, where Steven oversees biological trials to support crop care activities. Prior to this, Steven served as the Research and Technology Director at Plant Impact, focusing on developing biostimulants for growers. With a background in horticulture and a Ph.D., Steven previously led research projects at the University of Warwick and Horticulture Research International, specializing in the physiology of glasshouse crops.
