Gabe Kennedy has a diverse work experience including founding Plant People, a company that produces organic and vegan mushroom and herbal solutions. Gabe is also the principal of Gabe Kennedy Hospitality, where they specialize in concept creation and innovation for the hospitality and consumer packaged goods industries. Additionally, they have worked as the Director of Culinary Innovation at The Little Beet, a Visiting Executive Chef at Bon Appetit, and as an Associate at Pergament Advisors, LLC. Gabe also co-founded and served as CEO of Popularcorn, a company that produces organic and vegan nutritional popcorn. Gabe has experience in client operations and relationship management as a Client Operations Associate at Avero, and has interned at Ora.tv. Gabe Kennedy also held the role of Vice President at Plastiq (formerly 4ward Thinking).
Gabe Kennedy completed their high school education at Boulder High School. Following that, they pursued their passion for Culinary Arts by studying at The Culinary Institute of America from 2008 to 2010, earning an A.O.S degree. Subsequently, they enrolled at Cornell University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from 2010 to 2013.
