Ernie Iznaga

Ernie Iznaga currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Plant Prefab, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Iznaga was General Manager at MCC Label from July 2018 to August 2023, overseeing manufacturing activities and implementing Lean processes. Experience also includes serving as Director of Manufacturing Operations at Prescient Co. from 2016 to June 2018, and as a Senior Consultant at TBM Consulting Group in 2015. Iznaga held the role of VP Operations at BioNitrogen Corp from 2012 to 2015, and before that, Director of Lean Deployment for Simmons Bedding Company. Additional experience includes Vice President of Operations at MAC Equipment, VP/GM at Parkson Corporation, and various managerial positions at Pratt & Whitney. Educational credentials consist of a Master’s in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, an MBA from Florida Atlantic University, and a Bachelor’s in Engineering Sciences from the University of Florida.
