Matt Langton

Matt Langton has a diverse work experience in various roles. Matt started their career at DANGAR Engineering as a Shop Associate from February 2007 to August 2010. Matt then worked as a CAD Technician at Sauer Energy from August 2010 to January 2013. After that, they joined LivingHomes as Sales & Operations personnel from March 2013 to March 2019. Following that, they held the role of Client Services Manager at Plant Prefab from August 2020 to June 2022. Matt then advanced to become a Project Manager II at Plant Prefab from June 2022 to December 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Preconstruction PM Lead at the same company since December 2023.

Matt Langton has a Bachelor of Urban Planning degree in Architecture from Arizona State University. Matt also has an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Moorpark College. In addition, they obtained a Real Estate Sales Associate certification from the California Department of Real Estate in 2016.
