Lee Herniman-Jones

Lee Herniman-Jones currently serves as the Global Quality Special Projects Manager at Syensqo, overseeing strategic projects across 13 manufacturing sites. Before this role, Lee was the General Manager for the Strata Solvay Advanced Materials joint venture in the UAE, where management of a greenfield site for composite materials production for the 777X took place. Previous positions at Solvay included Site Manager and Engineering Manager at an aerospace composites manufacturing site in Shanghai, along with a role as Global Process Engineer at Cytec, managing significant engineering projects globally. Early career experience includes positions as a Production Engineer at Hoya and a Process Engineer at Porvair Filtration Group Ltd. Lee holds a Master's Degree in Manufacturing Management and Technology from The Open University and an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wrexham University.
