Annah K. Amani

Annah K. Amani is an experienced professional currently serving as the Programs Officer for Africa at Plant With Purpose since January 2021, facilitating communication between the San Diego office and various partners in Ethiopia, Tanzania, Burundi, and DR Congo. Concurrently, Annah serves as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Clemson University, teaching courses focused on global health, maternal child health, and the importance of healthy lifestyles. Previously, Annah held the position of Dean of the Digital School of Open Distance and E-learning at Kampala International University from August 2017 to October 2020, where responsibilities included program management, strategic leadership, and curriculum development. Annah holds a PhD in International Family and Community Development Studies from Clemson University, an MPH from UCLA, and a BS in Health Care Administration from California State University, Northridge.
