Dave Luebkeman

Dave Luebkeman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, finance, and fitness instruction. Currently serving as an Operations Specialist in the Innovation Lab at Plant With Purpose, Luebkeman focuses on data analysis to enhance program effectiveness and support future expansion efforts. Luebkeman has also worked as a Group Fitness Instructor for Equinox, leading high-energy cycling classes and utilizing data visualization to improve rider performance. Previous roles include serving as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at Brookfield Residential, where financial integrity and strategic initiatives were prioritized, and holding various senior finance positions at Bank of America, where Luebkeman managed finance operations and performance measurement systems. Luebkeman holds an M.B.A. in Finance/Real Estate from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from California State University, Hayward.
