Emily Thomé

Emily Thomé is an experienced grant writer currently serving at Plant With Purpose since April 2021, where responsibilities include writing reports and proposals for large-scale donors, managing grant reporting cycles, and conducting research on new foundation prospects. Previously, Emily held the role of Grant Writing Intern at Plant With Purpose, focusing on database maintenance and supporting the grant writing team. Earlier experience as a Research Intern at Artis International involved empirical research methods and proposal writing. Additionally, a role as a Teacher Assistant at Kids Discovery Academy helped develop strong communication and organizational skills. Emily holds a degree in International Studies with a focus on Near and Middle Eastern Studies from Point Loma Nazarene University.
