Caitlin Hooper

Caitlin Hooper is currently serving as Learning and Development Relationship Manager at Plante Moran since March 2024. Previously, Caitlin held the position of Talent Development Partner at Janus Henderson Investors from April 2023 to March 2024, and worked as Training Program Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton from August 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included executing training programs and addressing training issues. Caitlin's earlier experience includes various roles in the United States Air Force as an AOD Analyst, Product Developer, Space Control Instructor, and Signals Intelligence Analyst from April 2015 to April 2023, along with a role as Marketing and Human Resources Coordinator at EmploymentGroup and coaching hockey at Boston Shamrocks Elite Hockey Club. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Clarkson University.
