Christopher Goodwin

Christopher Goodwin is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax due diligence, structuring, and planning, particularly in the context of private equity and strategic mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Partner at Plante Moran since July 2009, Christopher co-leads the tax due diligence transaction support practice and has managed tax outsourcing functions for large private equity-owned companies. Previous roles include Tax Senior Manager at Jackson, Rolfes, Spurgeon and Co., and Tax Manager at Grant Thornton, LLP, where Christopher managed significant client accounts and performed comprehensive tax consulting. An academic background includes a Master's degree in Taxation from Capital University Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University.
