Erica Auwers

Erica Auwers, SPHR, serves as a Compensation and People Analytics Senior Consultant at Plante Moran since July 2018, after previously working as a Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this role, Erica Auwers held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Nissan Motor Corporation and has a background in human resources from L&W Group as an Associate Services Coordinator, where two promotions were achieved during tenure. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant at Excellecare and an HR Temp at Severstal NA. Erica Auwers holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Michigan State University.
