Jeannine Arntzen, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Compensation and People Analytics at Plante Moran, a role held since March 2019, where impactful contributions to firm-wide initiatives in Inclusion & Diversity, Recruiting, and Compensation are made. Previously, Jeannine held key HR positions at Moss Adams LLP, including HR Manager and Senior Manager of Human Resources, focusing on strategic planning, performance management, and talent management in the LA office. Jeannine's experience also includes significant roles at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, where responsibilities included developing human capital strategies and managing labor relations, as well as providing consulting services to Taproot Foundation on revenue strategies. Jeannine's academic qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor’s in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University.
