Phil Flowers

Phil Flowers, CPA, has extensive experience in tax consulting and compliance, currently serving as a Tax Partner at Plante Moran since November 2010. Prior roles at Plante Moran include Tax Principal, Senior Tax Manager, Tax Manager, and Tax in charge. Before joining Plante Moran, Phil worked as a Staff Accountant at Spilman, Hills & Heidebrink, Ltd., where responsibilities focused on tax compliance with additional assurance engagements. Earlier experience includes serving as a Store Manager at DT Electronics from January 2002 to January 2008. Phil holds a Master of Science in Accounting from The University of Toledo, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Siena Heights University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration from Monroe County Community College.
