Ryan Kulhanek

Ryan Kulhanek has extensive work experience in the real estate and financial analysis sectors. Ryan began their career at IRC Retail Centers in 2016, where they served as a Financial Analyst until December 2018. From January to May 2019, Ryan worked as a Senior Portfolio Analyst at the same company. In May 2019, they joined Plante Moran Realpoint as a Consultant, and later advanced to the position of Senior Consultant in July 2020. Currently, Ryan holds the role of Vice President at Plante Moran Realpoint, where they provide real estate consulting, asset management, and transaction management services to private, family office, and institutional clients.

Ryan Kulhanek attended Fenwick High School from 2008 to 2012. Ryan then went on to Marquette University from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Real Estate & Finance major.
