Sophie Hofer

Sophie Hofer is an experienced professional in the food science sector, currently serving as Innovation Manager and Global Product Manager at Planted since September 2021. Prior to these roles, Sophie held various positions at Planted, including a Trainee and completed a Master Thesis. Sophie's career began at Ricola, where roles included Junior Coordinator and Intern in Regulatory Affairs. Additional experience includes a Research Assistant position in Sustainable Food Processing at ETH Zürich and roles in food sensory science and biotechnology during academic studies.
