Jan Willem Henckel

Jan Willem Henckel is an accomplished Senior Full Stack Developer at Planted since April 2024 and Co-Founder / Head of Technology at DIO Studios since September 2020, where responsibilities include business development and the development of internal tools and digital products. Previously, Jan served as Head Coach in Web Development at neuefische GmbH from August 2021 to August 2023, overseeing full-time web development courses. From January 2016 to August 2020, Jan was the Technical Director at DUNCKELFELD, leading the development department and delivering software solutions for notable clients. Jan also held lectureships in digital image processing and video post-production at Technische Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe from September 2013 to December 2018. Jan's career began as a Web Developer at farly.de from June 2012 to December 2015, following a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Production from OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts completed in 2014.
