Nate Salatin

Nate Salatin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2004, they served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where they were responsible for training and mission effectiveness. In 2011, Nate worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at TM Capital. From 2013 to 2018, they held multiple positions at Luck Companies, including General Manager, Corporate Development Manager, and Finance Executive Trainee. In 2018, Nate co-founded ATLAS Navigator, a talent management software company focused on competency-based talent strategy. Nate also worked as the Managing Partner at Horizon Ventures, a venture investing firm. Since 2019, Nate has been an Executive Board Member at ATD Florida Suncoast Chapter, Inc., where they contributed to connecting and supporting talent development professionals. Currently, Nate serves as the VP of People & Finance at PlantHouse, an experienced-based terrarium workshop and premium plant store.

Nate Salatin attended the Virginia Military Institute from 2005 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their major was Economics and Business, with a minor in International Studies.
